ANNOUNCING THE DATES FOR THE 2012 MEINL DRUM FESTIVAL

Meinl is pleased to announce that the dates for their 2012 Meinl Drum Festival are June 23rd and June 24th, 2012. It will be a two-day event and will be held on Meinl's own premises in Gutenstetten, Germany. "We have decided to again host a two-day event after we've had such a huge success with that format a few years back," explains Meinl's festival coordinator Norbert Saemann. "We have such a wide range of different artists and genres on our roster that it simply would not be possible to do justice to all of them in just one day. Dur festival has neverjust been an ordinary drum event. We have always tried to take drum education to the next level and one day is simply not enough time to cover it all," continues Saemann. "No final decisions have been made yet as to which artists will be part of the line up. However, I'm speaking to several artists already about a possible participation. I will announce more news as soon as the fine up begins to take shape." Mark your calendar
